My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the Riverwalk and other attractions, there were some service hiccups that left a bad taste. The staff seemed friendly, but I faced issues with lost items that were never resolved. Also, the management's responsiveness fell short of my expectations. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a decent place to rest after a long day of activities.
The hotel had a great location and convenient shuttle service, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, our stay was marred by pest issues and inconsistent service, which significantly impacted our overall experience. While the room quality was decent for the price, it was not ideal considering the problems faced.
